1. Refund policy cancellation of the tour camping The Camp Ville Dalat

REFUND POLICY – CANCELLATION

– For the menu with menu from 5.200.000 vnd

• Cancel a booking before 7 days from the check-in date will refund 100% of room rate has transfer. (Private festival is 10 days)

• Cancel / change your reservation ago 5 days from the date of receiving the room will refund 50% of room rate has transfer. (Private feast is before 7 days)

• Cancel / change your reservation ago 3 days from the date the check will not be returned. (Own ceremony is ago 5 days)

– For single on 5.200.000 vnd to 30,000,000 vnd

• Cancel a booking before 14 days from the date of receiving the room will refund 100% of room rate has transfer. (Own ceremony is ago 17 days)

• Cancel / change your reservation before 10 days from the date of receiving the room will refund 50% of room rate has transfer. (Private feast is before 14 days)

• Cancel / change your reservation ago 5 days from the date the check will not be returned. (Private feast is before 7 days)

– For orders from 30.000.000 vnd

• Cancellation was set before 21 days from the date of receiving the room will refund 100% of room rate has transfer. (Own ceremony is ago 25 days)

• Cancel / change your reservation 14 days from the date of receiving the room will refund 50% of room rate has transfer. (Own ceremony is ago 17 days)

• Cancel / change your reservation before 7 days from date of check will not be returned. (Private festival is 10 days)

2. Surcharge policy of the tour camping The Camp Ville Dalat 

SURCHARGE FOR ADULTS:

– Tent, 1 double bed for 2 people view valley – toilet next to the tent: 2.600.000

• Extra bed: 1.000.000

– Tent, 1 double bed for 2 people view valley – toilet inside the tent: 3.000.000

• Extra bed: 1.200.000

– Tents 2-bed for 4 person view valley: 5.200.000

• Extra bed: 1.000.000

– Tents 2-bed for 4 person view field: 4.400.000

• Extra bed: 800,000

EXTRA CHILD:

– Children under 6 years free money tents( Not support breakfast, BBQ) if you want to use the service oder pay later.

– Children 6-12 years old:

• The tent valley – toilet inside the tent: 750.000/ person/ night

• The tents view valley – toilet next to the tent: 650.000/ person/ night

• The tents view field: 550.000/ person/ night

– Children from 12 years and older: as an adult price
